I read it while waiting for my phone screen to be fixed, and I have to say I was not impressed. It's very badly written and clearly not edited at all. Okay, writing isn't everyone's forte, so maybe this guy is just such a whiz at real estate investing that he couldn't be bothered to learn homonyms. And maybe he is, but I have no I downloaded a bunch of books from the library in preparation for holiday travel, and I guess I didn't realize this was self-published this is self-published, right?
And maybe he is, but I have no way of knowing that, because he doesn't tell you anything about real estate investing in this book, or how his system works, or what he's even proposing that you do. Possibly, if I'm being very generous, this book was just put out to encourage people to sign up for his seminars, at which point you will learn what the heck he is proposing. But given the manic, shlocky delivery of absolutely nothing but motivational catchphrases, I'm not sure there is any "there" there, even in seminar form.
The entire book can be boiled down to: "Don't listen to conventional wisdom! Don't be a landlord! Don't spend any money to buy properties!
